Primary camera Nikon F3, with three lenses, 24mm f/2.8, 55mm f/2.8 macro and 100-300 mm f/5.6 zoom. This sturdy old camera is used for most of the pictures. A monopod also used as a walking stick came in handy a few times.

Backup camera Olympus μ-II. This is a very small, wheather resistant, point-and-shoot camera. It also has a flash and was used for many indoor and night pictures.

Underwater camera Sea&Sea MX-10 with a YS-40A flash. We rented this camera during the last day of the dive safari.

Film Fujicolor Sensia II, 100 ASA. We shot about 14 rolls of film during the three weeks.

Recorder Sony MZ-R91 minidisc player. We recorded a bit more than 2 hours of sound during the trip.
